Do I the prospective candidate have to pay for anything?

We don’t charge for any of the services we offer to our employees.

What should I do if I find a job on my own prior to being placed on assignment through Kumabe HR?

We encourage our candidates to continue their own job search and if in the event the candidate received a job offer it is appreciated that we receive notification of their new job. This will provide other candidates other opportunities for our job placements.

What should I do if I am unable to make it to my temporary job that day (due to illness, emergency, etc.)?

We expect punctual etiquette from our employees. It is good business practice to notify your immediate supervisor by phone of any absences or tardiness. We also ask that you notify Kumabe HR regarding any absences and it will help us better manage your job assignment.

What is Kumabe HR’s policy regarding associates resigning from temporary position?

We ask to provide at least a week notice if you anticipate early leave. At Kumabe HR we pride ourselves on professionalism and we expect our associates to do the same.

How do I stay in touch with Kumabe HR?

We strongly encourage you to keep in touch with us by calling our office on a weekly basis to let us know of any updates or changes to your availability, status, and interests.

What rates do you charge for permanent and temporary placement?

Our rates differ depending on the type of contract needs you have. Our recruiters are happy to send you a contract/agreement with the rates we offer.

Do you handle pre-employment testing?

Yes, we offer software assessments, background checks, and drug tests through third-party groups. We also handle reference/employment checks when necessary. Let us know what your needs are and we can work with you on the next steps for testing and screening.
